The mix is part of Quaid’s ongoing Metropolis project & is also a special collaboration with our friends over at Filtr who helped visualise Quaid’s musical vision as well as write a short treatment putting the Machine People & their world into context. Quaid’s taken some time off working on his forthcoming ‘Metropolis’ project to bring us the latest installment in his ‘Deep Range’ mixtape series. Over the last couple of years he’s tended towards concept-led mixes, but this set is much more about touching down across-the-board than following a single theme.
